During our sessions you will experience:

• a deep inner work on specific themes (just like intuition, boundaries, nourishment, speaking your truth etc.) through folk tales and their beautiful symbolism

• a holistic way of working with yourself - meeting body, mind and soul

• a safe space where you can bring your authentic self and freely share who you are

• artistic methods for self-exploration and self-expression - e.g. storytelling, painting, clay-work, nature-based outdoor experiences, embodied-movement activities, experiential processes, creative journaling and other exciting artistic methods to help you express yourself

• working with your senses and igniting your passion, revealing your true needs and dreams

• individual and group processes

• a sense of belonging to a real community

• joy and freedom....and welcoming all kinds of emotions

• a deeper intimacy with yourself, with others and the world

The sessions will be held both in English and Czech language.

The planned contribution for the 3,5 hours long session is 500 CZK. This cost covers:

• rent of the place

• all the materials that we will use during the session (paint, oil pastels, soft pastels, paper, pencils, clay, fabrics, textiles, wool etc.)

• contribution for the facilitators

• tea, coffee

• fresh fruits and some small snacks
